Serving Size Guide
Our cake servings are based on a "party slice" of 1.5"x2" by 4" in height.
All
cakes, except for 2 layer sheetcakes, are cut and torted giving 3
layers of cake and 2 layers of filling.
Sizes and heights can be
adjusted to fit your individual needs.
The 2 layer sheet cake is 2 layers of cake with 1 layer of filling and approximately 3" tall. | Shape |

Cake Cutting GuideOur cake guide is based on a "party" slice of 1 1/2" by 2". You can get more servings out of the cakes by using the "wedding" slice of 1"x2".
1. After disassembling the
wedding cake, start cutting the largest tier first. Cut a 2" strip down one side of the cake.
2. Start Cutting pieces from the strip, 1 1/2 inches wide.
3. Transfer cake slices to plates.
4. Continue cutting 1 1/2" pieces
from the 2" strip. When the 2" strip is gone, cut another 2" strip from
the remaining cake and repeat the process.
