FAQ

A: Yes, in fact with most cake orders we prefer to deliver. We spend a lot of time to design and
create your custom cake, and want to make sure it is displayed at the
reception just as beautifully as it was when it left us. However, most
of our creations are delicate and can be damaged in transportation.
Once it leaves us, we can no longer be responsible for what happens to
the cake. By allowing us to deliver it to your event you have the peace
of mind knowing that it will be delivered and set-up perfectly.
A: At least 2 weeks notice for all orders is suggested, although more time
is encouraged to ensure the availability of any specific date. We limit
the number of orders taken for any specific day to allow us the time to
spend perfecting each cake creation, which means that popular dates
book up quickly.
A: Absolutely! We encourage all clients to contact us for a
complementary cake tasting and consultation appointment for up to 4
people. Please have some flavor ideas when making the appointment.

A: Inspiration comes from all forms, including other cakes! Although we prefer to create a design that is unique, our mission is to make the cake of your dreams. Please understand that each cake
artist has their own techniques and we cannot reproduce another artists
cake exactly. We will do the best we can to our abilities.
A: Yes. We choose not to post pictures for obvious reasons. We also
reserve the right to turn down novelty cake orders that we are not
comfortable with making. If you are interested in ordering a
themed cake please contact us for more information.
A: Yes, we offer a variety of desserts including petit fours, cookies, and chocolates. If you have something in mind, just ask!
